Press the keys for whatever’s broken. The screen reads it back.
You’ve checked every bulb. It’s the connection.
Your ads, website, CRM and quoting are wired together. One loose connection and the whole lot goes dark.

Job
Nobody’s paid to look after the connections. That’s the job I take.
This is what I do.
Every lead has to travel the whole line to become a sale. Press what you’ve already got, watch where the leads go missing, then turn the switch to see what I do about it.

What I do
Operator on duty
Find the real fault
I check every section: your customers, your numbers and the tools you’re already paying for, until the actual faults are on the table. Not the one you were sold a fix for.
Fix it so it all runs together
Then I fix it. Not a report you file away. The site, the CRM, the follow-up, the automations and the reporting get set up to work as one line.
Learn from what actually happens
Once it’s running, the numbers show where it still slows down. I work out why and adjust, so each month runs a little better than the last.
Run it with you
And I stay. Month to month I’m in the business with you as an embedded partner, owning the result rather than handing it back.

How I work, and who it’s for.
I’m Lee. I take ownership of the whole thing.
You’ve probably got a website, some ads and a CRM, each set up by someone different, and nobody looking after how they join up. That’s where the leads go missing.
That’s my job. You deal with me directly: one senior person across your marketing, your sales process and your systems, not an agency passing you between departments. I find what’s broken, fix it, and stay to run it with you.
They were doing tier-one industrial work, but the name and the website hadn’t kept up. Procurement teams needed to see accreditation, capability and national reach at a glance.
What I did
Researched how the big contractors present themselves.
Rebranded Hydroweld Maintenance as HWM Engineering.
Rebuilt the site around capability, with the accreditations up front.
Wrote the technical content.
What changed
A brand that matches the size of the work.
Accreditations and national coverage visible to procurement straight away.
Their old site wasn’t bringing in good leads from the people who actually hire fire door specialists: property managers, facility managers and building owners.
What I did
Moved them off WordPress.
Built a page for each service: maintenance, repairs, installs and consultations.
Set up enquiry forms that capture each lead properly.
Set up the SEO for fire door searches.
What changed
More enquiries from property managers and building owners.
