I find it. I fix it. Then I stay.

No vague process. Here’s exactly what happens, what I need from you, and what you get at each stage.

What you bring. Tick each one you can.

Find

Find the real fault

Before anything gets built, I work out what’s actually broken. It’s usually not the thing you were sold a fix for.

What I do

  • Go through your ads, website, enquiries, CRM, quoting and follow-up, end to end
  • Read your numbers and talk to whoever answers the phone
  • Follow real leads through the business to see where they go missing

What you bring

Access. Logins, numbers and straight answers, including what’s been tried before and didn’t work.

What you get

A plain-English list of what’s broken, in the order it’s costing you, and what I’ll fix first.

Fix

Fix it so it all runs together

Then I fix it. Not a report you file away.

What I do

  • Fix the faults in order, starting with what’s costing you most
  • Set up the site, CRM, follow-up, automation and reporting to work as one line
  • Pull out tools that aren’t earning their keep

What you bring

Decisions. Quick yeses and nos. I can’t fix it while a decision sits in someone’s inbox for a fortnight.

What you get

A business where an enquiry gets from first click to a sale without falling through a gap.

Learn

Learn from what actually happens

Once it’s running, the numbers show where it still slows down.

What I do

  • Watch where leads still stall, and work out why
  • Adjust one thing at a time, so we know what worked
  • Show you and your team how it all works, and write it down

What you bring

Team time. Some time from the people who use it every day, so it fits how they actually work.

What you get

A setup your team understands and uses, not one only I can drive.

Run

Run it with you

And I stay. Month to month, as an embedded partner.

What I do

  • Keep the whole line running and look after the connections
  • Go through the results with you each month and decide what’s next
  • Be the one person you call when something breaks

What you bring

Catch-ups. A regular catch-up, and a heads-up when something in the business changes.

What you get

One senior person who owns the result, instead of handing it back to you.

It starts with a call.

We talk about your business, what you’ve already tried, and where the work goes missing. We’re both working something out.

What I’m working out

  • Whether it’s something I can actually fix
  • Whether we’d work well together
  • Where I’d start

What you’re working out

  • Does he know what he’s talking about?
  • Do I trust him with my business?
  • Is it worth it?

If we’re a fit, I’ll tell you what I’d fix first. If we’re not, I’ll say so and point you somewhere better. No hard sell.

It’s not for everyone.

Questions people ask.

How long does it take?

It depends on what’s broken and how quickly decisions get made. Once Find is done I’ll tell you what I’d fix first and roughly how long that takes. After that it’s month to month.

What if I don’t like what you find?

Then we talk about it. The truth isn’t always fun, but it’s a lot cheaper than spending more money on the wrong fix.

Can you skip Find and just build what I ask for?

No. That’s how most businesses end up with a website, ads and a CRM that each work on their own and don’t work together.

Do I have to change all my tools?

No. I start with what you’ve already got and only replace what isn’t earning its keep.

What if things change halfway through?

They will. That’s the point of staying: the plan changes with the business, month to month.

Can you bring those four? Let’s talk.

Tell me what’s going on. I’ll tell you straight whether I can fix it.
