The Paperwork Does Itself
Nobody could safely update the site, so the safety sheets went stale.
The plot
Staff couldn’t safely update the old WordPress site, so product details and safety data sheets drifted out of date.
What I did
- Rebuilt the site on a setup staff can update without risk.
- Set the safety data sheets to attach themselves to the right products automatically.
- Ran the stockist finder from a Google Sheet the team already uses.
- Moved all 80+ products across, with nothing dropped.
What changed
- Safety information now updates itself.
- Every product came across, and it launched on its fixed deadline.
- 100/100 PageSpeed on desktop.
