Most leads don’t go cold. They get forgotten.

You’re paying to get enquiries, and then they land in an inbox, a voicemail and three people’s phones. Nobody’s sure who replied, the quote goes out late, and nobody follows up. That isn’t a marketing problem. It’s the step after marketing, and it’s where most of the money leaks.

Where it leaks.

This is the most expensive dropped ball in the game. By the time someone enquires, you’ve already paid for everything that got them there: the site, the ads, the SEO. Then the enquiry sits in an inbox for three days, and they book whoever called them back first.

It falls between the website and the business. The web designer’s job ended at the form, the ads company’s job ended at the click, and the follow-up was left to whoever happened to see it.

I own that step. The form, the CRM and the follow-up are set up together, so an enquiry can’t fall through the gap between them.

What it works with.

CRM & sales is one part. What breaks is usually the hand-off between parts, so these come with it, and I own both ends of it.

Who it’s not for.

  • You want an enterprise CRM with twenty custom fields nobody fills in.
  • You aren’t willing to change how enquiries get handled.
  • Your sales team is bigger than the rest of the business.

If none of that’s you, tell me what’s going on below. You’ll get a straight answer about whether I can help.
