Posting isn’t the job. Being remembered is.

Social media for a small business isn’t about going viral. It’s about the person who met you once, or got your name from a mate, seeing enough of your work that you’re the one they call. Then being able to find the next step.

Where it leaks.

Social on its own tends to become a job for its own sake. Someone’s paid to post, the posts go up, and there’s no line between the post and the phone ringing.

The dropped ball is between being seen and being booked. The person who likes your post clicks through to a profile with no link, or a link to a homepage that makes them hunt.

I set social up as part of the same line as the website and the follow-up, so being remembered actually turns into work.

What it works with.

Social is one part. What breaks is usually the hand-off between parts, so these come with it, and I own both ends of it.

Who it’s not for.

  • You want follower counts more than enquiries.
  • You’re after daily posting by someone who’s never met your customers.
  • You need standalone social media management with nothing else connected.

If none of that’s you, tell me what’s going on below. You’ll get a straight answer about whether I can help.
