The form broke in March. Nobody noticed until June.

Websites don’t usually break loudly. A form stops sending, a plugin update takes out a page, the booking link goes dead. It can be weeks before anyone notices, and every enquiry in between is gone. I look after the site so that doesn’t happen, and so the changes you need actually get done.

Where it leaks.

Every other player assumes the site is working. Support is the one that checks.

The ball gets dropped after launch. The web designer handed it over and moved on, you assumed someone was watching it, and nobody was. The site still looks fine, so nobody finds out until someone mentions they tried to get in touch.

I look after the sites I build and the ones I inherit, so the front door stays open and changes get made by someone who knows how it all connects.

What it works with.

Support is one part. What breaks is usually the hand-off between parts, so these come with it, and I own both ends of it.

Who it’s not for.

  • You want the cheapest hosting plan with support bolted on.
  • You need someone on call around the clock.
  • The site is about to be replaced and nobody wants to say so.

If none of that’s you, tell me what’s going on below. You’ll get a straight answer about whether I can help.
