Work

Most case studies tell you the results without showing you the thinking.

"We increased conversions by 150%!" Great. How? Why did that work? What was actually broken?

I'm more interested in showing you how I think through problems than just listing numbers. Here are some businesses I've worked with, what was actually wrong, and how we fixed it.

What You'll Learn From These

These aren't just "look how smart I am" stories.

They're examples of how I approach problems. How I figure out what's actually broken. How I decide what to fix first. How I think about strategy versus tactics.

If you're reading these and thinking "that's exactly what's happening to us," we should talk.

The Reality Check

! This isn't for everyone.

If you want someone to just execute without questioning your ideas, I'm not your person. If you need the cheapest option or want it done yesterday, there are faster, cheaper providers.

"But if you want someone who'll understand your business, tell you what's actually wrong, and build something that works for years—not just months—we should talk."
